Overview #
The Eucera Email integration enables your team to seamlessly connect the Eucera Copilot with your email systems, enabling automated communication for customer support and engagement. This integration is particularly useful for handling support handoffs by sending relevant details directly via email.
Use Case: Support Handoff #
When a support handoff occurs, the Eucera Copilot will automatically send an email to the configured address with the necessary details, ensuring your support team can promptly assist the customer.
Setting Up the Email Integration for Support Handoff #
- Access the Integration Panel: Navigate to the Integrations tab under the relevant Copilot.
- Locate the Email Option: In the list of integrations, select Email. The Email integration settings page will appear.
- Email: Enter the email address where support handoff notifications will be sent (e.g., [email protected]).

Enable Email Integration #
•Toggle the Email switch to ON to activate the integration.
