Use Copilot to enable Sales, Success & Support 24/7 #
Copilot can be trained by the product marketing team as a knowledge channel to support marketing, sales, and success teams with inquiries about the product’s functionality, recent releases, competitive landscape, case studies, and best practices
Prerequisites #
- Ensure you have administrative access to both Eucera Copilot and Slack.
- Make sure you have the necessary permissions to install apps in your Slack workspace.
Recommendations and Best Practices #
Creating a separate copilot instance for each of the main use cases in your subscription is highly recommended. A classic setup would have a copilot for your SaaS product and another one for your internal marketing, success, and sales so you can train each copilot on a separate set of content & knowledge.
Access Eucera Copilot Integration Settings #
- Navigate to the Copilot section.
- Select the Integration tab.
